1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using AgentLimb (the "Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

AgentLimb is a Chrome browser extension and local bridge server that enables AI coding tools to interact with web pages through your existing browser sessions. The Software operates entirely on your local machine.

3. License

AgentLimb is licensed under the Business Source License 1.1.

Personal use is permitted free of charge.
Commercial use (use by or on behalf of any company, organization, or other entity) requires a separate commercial license.
On April 12, 2030 (the Change Date), the license converts to Apache License 2.0.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AgentLimb in compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any website you interact with through the Software. You shall not:

Use the Software to violate the terms of service of third-party websites
Use the Software for unauthorized access to systems or data
Use the Software to distribute malware or conduct attacks
Redistribute the Software in violation of the BSL 1.1 license

5. User Responsibility

AgentLimb operates using your browser sessions and login credentials. You are solely responsible for:

All actions performed through the Software using your accounts
Ensuring your use complies with the policies of websites you automate
Securing your local machine and bridge server

6. Privacy

AgentLimb does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on external servers. All data remains on your local machine. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the author be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and on the GitHub repository.
